While on holiday in Aberdaron on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales Ian was told he would struggle to find good food in the area. Not convinced, he sought to prove this theory wrong, tracking down some inspirational producers and creating recipes from their ingredients and all within a thirty-mile radius.
